Celebrities fly in to London for Omega’s star-studded event commemorating 60 years of James Bond movies
Omega flew in celebrities and media from around the world for a black-tie event on November 23, to commemorate six decades of 007 on the silver screen. Hours after launching the special anniversary timepiece, the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M 60 Years of James Bond, the watch brand hosted a gala dinner at “a secret time in a secret location”, as stated on the black and gold invitation.
The venue turned out to be a disused London Underground station, and guests entered through the signature gun barrel tunnel from the opening sequence of the James Bond films. The 007-inspired evening included immersive theatre with a storyline loosely centred on Spectre, the 24th James Bond movie, as well as a casino experience complete with live music and blackjack tables.
The stars in attendance included Daniel Craig, the most recent James Bond actor himself, as well as Hong Kong’s Louise Wong, who played Anita Mui in the biopic Anita. Also spotted at the blackjack tables or holding a cocktail were British actors Hayley Attwell, Lewis Tan (most recently seen in Netflix’s Bling Empire), Will Poulter and Daisy Edgar-Jones, as well as Filipina actors Sarah Gutierrez, Richard Gutierrez and Lovi Poe, Italian actors Salvatore Esposito and Stefano Accorsi, German TikToker Jacob Rott, American Norwegian actress Alisha Boe and more.
