8 Celebrity Beauty Brands To Shop in 2021

1/8 Fenty Skin
It’s been three years since Rihanna launched Fenty Beauty, and she has never stopped thrilling beauty (and Rihanna) fans since. The latest excitement is an inclusive, gender-neutral skincare line. Packaged in a soothing lilac colour, Fenty Skin includes everything from pore-refining toner serum, cleanser, moisturiser with SPF for daytime and an overnight recovery cream.
2/8 Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez’s first-ever makeup line, Rare Beauty, consists of a broad range of products featuring less common formulas like refillable blotting paper touch-up kits, liquid-like cream blush, liquid eyeshadow and more. Although the packaging is minimalistic like most brands, the circular, decorative ball that is seen on some products like the concealer and foundation, gives the packaging a distinctive edge.
3/8 Keys Soulcare
Aiming to encourage people to become more mindful about what they put on and inside their bodies, Alicia Keys has dropped her skincare line, Keys Soulcare. Designed with dermatologist Renee Snyder, Keys Soulcare is a cruelty-free line. Highlights include the Skin Transformation Cream, which features malachite, and the Obsidian Facial Roller, which will help the skin absorb the product better.
4/8 About-Face
Halsey fans were in for a treat earlier this year when the artist launched her About-Face beauty line on social media. “Made for the many of you”, About-Face emphasises multi-dimensional makeup for everyone. Having done makeup herself for most of her career, Halsey strongly believes that makeup is about feeling cool and not looking perfect. Inspired by and for the artistic community, the brand currently boasts six Paint-It Matte Lip colours, Light Lock Highlight Fluid and Liquid highlighter.
5/8 JLo Beauty
JLo Beauty was finally made available online on the first of January. Targeting mature skin, one of the most exciting products is That JLo Glow, a multitasking serum that promises to lift and tighten the skin’s appearance—because who doesn't want to look like JLo? Also look out for the SPF moisturiser, sheet mask, complexion booster and gel-cream cleanser for the full JLo Beauty experience.
6/8 Humanrace
Everyone was surprised when Humanrace was launched last November. Owned by Pharrell Williams, it’s a rare but encouraged spectacle for male celebs to launch beauty products. His mission is to empower all people in their pursuit of wellbeing, and we're so onboard. Fans have been quick to try the products, including the Humidifying Cream, a moisturiser with snow mushroom extract that’ll give you the same hydrating benefits as hyaluronic acid; Rice Powder Cleanser, which comes dry and activates when mixed with water; and Lotus Enzyme Exfoliant chemical peel, formulated with glycolic acid.
7/8 Lauren Conrad Beauty
Lauren Conrad released her eponymous beauty brand last August, and the line includes all your makeup essentials: mascara, liquid eyeliner, eyeliner pencil, blush, lip and cheek tint, lipstick, pink-hued lip gloss and a neutral eyeshadow palette. Pushing the envelope further for conscious beauty, Lauren Conrad Beauty is vegan, ethically sourced and clean.
8/8 Happy Dance
Kristen Bell’s CBD line with Lord Jones, Happy Dance, was inspired by her own discovery of the popular ingredient. The actress reached out to Lord Jones for a collaboration after falling in love with CBD. Happy Dance was born two years later and includes things like CBD body butter and bath bombs and CBD-infused all-in-one coconut balm.
