The intimate wedding saw royals like Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Prince Harry and more gathering to celebrate the joyous occasion

Lady Gabriella Windsor—the daughter of Prince Michael of Kent—tied the knot with her beau Thomas Kingston in a royal wedding at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle yesterday, almost one year after her distant cousin Prince Harry married Meghan Markle in the same church.

The royal bride was stunning in a bespoke design by Italian designer Luisa Beccaria made of lace and adorned with floral embroidery and embellishments, while the groom was dashing in a morning suit.

True to speculation, the tiara that Lady Gabriella chose for the occasion was one of significance to her family. The Russian Fringe style diamond tiara, also known as the Kent City of London Fringe tiara, was also worn by her mother, Princess Michael of Kent, and her grandmother, Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent, on their wedding days.

The intimate affair saw the attendance of several senior members of the royal family, including the Queen herself, accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh, Princess Anne, Princess Beatrice, and Prince Harry, who recently moved into Frogmore Cottage on the grounds of Windsor Castle. Meghan stayed home with their newborn Archie, and Prince William was also absent due to his scheduled appearance at the Football Association Cup Final, which he has had to miss last year for Harry’s wedding.

While not much has been disclosed from the private occasion, we were treated to beautiful moments captured on the steps of the chapel—decorated with cherry and apple blossom trees and shrubs of flowers—before the reception moved to Frogmore House, which also hosted the parties of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie’s respective weddings last year.
