WHY GO? Yamazato offers a gastronomic escape with authentic and elegant Japanese fine dining featuring fresh, premium ingredients. Enjoy an array of offerings including traditional kaiseki and teppanyaki.

WHAT TO ORDER? Start light with otsukuri moriawase. The selection of seven kinds of sashimi presents the freshest fish of the day. Another traditional dish, kakiage tempura, offers a crispy, lightly battered mix of diced cut shrimp and scallops in tempura batter. Follow with another dish from the sea, ginmatsu saikyouyaki, a sweet and juicy piece of grilled snow fish served with aromatic white miso sauce. For something more meaty, grilled Japanese wagyu tenderloin is also a feast for the eye. Neatly presented on an earthenware plate, the wagyu is juicy and tender. The grilled vegetables on the side offer a lighter balance to the meat. End with shiratama ogurakake, where the soft and sticky mochis are perfectly paired with a sweet red bean paste. Those looking for an authentic experience should not miss the elegant kaiseki courses, while the signature teppanyaki-sora set promises to delight children and adults alike.

Drinks The drink menu features premium sakes as well as sochus and whiskies. The wine list is also impressive with a range from the Old and New Worlds, including selections from Japan.
