WHY GO? Experience the renovated fine dining space from mid-year onwards with new tweaks here and there. The menu rotates every once in a while and the cuisine utilises both imported and local ingredients.

WHAT TO ORDER? The chef recommends five to six courses for a meal but you can have up to 10 courses. David Herve oyster seasoned with fennel and caviar is served to please the eyes and then to please the palate. Heirloom tomatoes remain on the menu and they are refreshing, especially in the home-made tomato sorbet. Hokkaido scallop with a brittle milk sheet on top is very well cooked with the flesh still tender. Wagyu strip lion is juicy and seasoned slightly so as to bring out the premium taste and texture of the beef. At the end of the meal have a dessert to freshen your senses with the sweet and tangy yuzu sorbet.

Drinks The drink list is extensive with wine selections from all over the world and a special section dedicated to Oriental spirits.
