WHY GO? The venue on the 25th floor of the hotel is a hidden gem which overlooks the metropolis. The menu rotates according to the seasons and the kitchen practises zerowaste cooking. Expect exciting Thai dishes from chef Monthep Kamolsilp that make use of premium produce from around the country.

WHAT TO ORDER? Order from a selection of cocktails and mocktails with creative local twists before flipping through the seasonal menu. Pick the tasting menu to relish all that the chef wants you to try. Otherwise, from the a la carte menu bitter orange-glazed crispy noodles with a large, succulent river prawn from Surat Thani is a good starter. Continue with more prawns, this time a signature offering of prawns marinated in satay sauce. The Burmese-northern Thai hinlay currymarinated blue swimmer crab is well spiced and boasts plenty of crab meat alongside organic chicken eggs. Crispy pork belly from Khon Kaen with stir-fried bitter beans is quite a heavy dish but very satisfying nevertheless. End an enjoyable meal with the refreshing oolong sticky rice ice cream served with roti crisps and banana.

Drinks With the majority of labels imported from Europe, the wine list offers a reasonable choice of sparkling, white, red and rose wines, some by the glass. The signature Thaiinspired cocktails are also worth a try and feature exotic local herbs, fruits and syrups.
