Commence your dinner with Sensi salad served with egg mimosa croutons, mayonnaise and fine truffle shavings on top. As a main course, try spaghetti lobster with cherry tomato confit with either white wine sauce or tomato sauce. If you’re feeling like seafood, the elegantly presented monk fish complemented with roasted bell pepper mousse, saffron reduction and seasonal vegetables should do the trick. With regard to dessert, the traditional Sicilian cassata sponge cake is a true mouthwatering delight. It comes with ricotta semi freddo and its frozen texture combined with dry fruits, marsala, chocolate drops and vanilla sauce, is a blend with just the right amount of sweetness. Alternatively, try the unconventional Sensi tiramisu. Hot coffee is poured onto the tiramisu, in this case a chocolate ball filled with mascarpone.
