For the elegant and relaxed setting high above Silom Road, which offers fantastic views of Bangkok’s skyline. It is the perfect backdrop against which to enjoy classic French bistro fare done well.

A signature platter with a choice of three cheeses and three cold cuts is a good starter to share but recommended is lobster bisque, which has a rich tanginess of the sea. Alaskan king crab salad also makes a fine opener. It is served with a generous portion of well-seasoned crab meat and zesty mango slices. Dry-aged beef is the star of the show here. At a heafty one kilo, the spectacular cote de boeuf prime rib on the bone easily feeds two but for an individual steak try delicious Australian wagyu tenderloin. Perfectly grilled to preference and incredibly succulent, it is served with chunky potato wedges and pairs very well with a side order of grilled asparagus spears or salad nicoise. As an alternative to beef try pan-fried snow fish in a delicate saffron sauce. For a decadent finish look no further than profiteroles swimming in a velvety chocolate sauce.

An extensive wine list with Old and New World offerings ranging from the affordable to the extravagant. Scarlett also has a strong list of good signature cocktails.
