WHY GO? Decorated in contemporary red and black, Rib Room offers an impressive range of premium cuts from across the globe which can be prepared tableside. The 31st floor location offers majestic views of Bangkok’s evening skyline.

WHAT TO ORDER? Begin with a creamy lobster bisque partnered with a quenelle of piquant remoulade or alternatively a classic pan-fried duck liver accompanied with a slightly sour berry sauce to cut through the rich foie gras. Follow this with a signature home-made tagliolini with Maine lobster in an elegant newburg sauce. In terms of steak, choose from Australian grain-fed wagyu, USDA black angus or rare Japanese matsunaga and matsuzaka steaks. These come in every cut imaginable, from tenderloin to sirloin and rib-eye, and each has its own distinctive characteristics. Chef Philippe Gaudal personally selects the steaks on offer and the black label stockyard sirloin from southern Australia delivers in both texture and flavour. All steaks come with a selection of sauces and sides. Leave space for dessert, whether a home-made ice cream or a heady orange liqueur-scented creme brulee.
