WHAT TO ORDER? Start with deep-fried marbled fish cake coloured with squid ink, which is truly tasty. Alternatively, if you want to add some heat to the experience, try nam prik or a chilli paste dip served with fresh herbs and boiled eggs. Continue with the signature dish of stir-fried crispy catfish with red curry paste. The texture and the explosion of flavours will keep your palate fully entertained. Next, choose between white jasmine rice or brown rice to have with an unctuous dish of lamb shank massaman curry. Enjoy it with a side of refreshing miang pla too. The simplicity of the vegetablepacked mackerel roll balances perfectly with the opulence of the lamb dish.
