The varied menu can make choosing dishes difficult but start with teriyaki foie gras nigiri, which is a generous portion of seared foie gras with teriyaki sauce on Japanese rice. Golden deep-fried horseradish prawns tossed with wasabi mayonnaise and served with a refreshing apple and celery salad is also good and big enough to share. Continue with butter chicken, a creamy but not overly rich curry with bitesized chunks of tender chicken. It is best enjoyed with hot plain or garlic naan. Another recommended main course dish with a Chinese influence is wok-fried US scallops and crispy pork belly in Sichuan sauce. Served with bok choy, the popular dish is an elaborate balancing act between crispy pork belly and tender scallops. A real winner in the dessert department is malai kulfi Indian-style ice cream made with fresh milk, sugar, saffron and almonds. It is a sweet ending with a refreshing touch.

An impressive wine list includes pricey cuvees and medium priced New World wines. Also a good selection of signature cocktails.
