WHY GO? A very popular restaurant located within the glitzy IconSiam development. As a part of the Water Library group, its reputation for authentic Cantonese food is built on an extensive selection of exceptional quality dim sum.

WHAT TO ORDER? Begin with a choice of dim sum, all  exquisitely prepared including delicate shrimp rolls, traditional pork buns and a sublime crunchy spring roll filled with shrimp and earthy, perfumed Italian truffle. Truly innovative and a must order. Follow this with a tasty soup: black chicken with ginseng or a spicy yet balanced Sichuan-style hot and sour soup that is rich and warming. Continue with the house specialty of fresh seafood, such as lobster or crab prepared in a variety of sauces. The crab is delicate and slightly sweet in the chef’s twist on XO sauce, which is piquant and slightly peppery. Peking duck is served in a number of preparations, the accompanying pancakes and plum sauce a perfect foil to showcase the crispy barbecued skin. Leave room for dessert and the wonderfully simple hot buns with an unctuous egg custard filling.
