WHY GO? Elements serves exquisite French cuisine with Japanese influences presented in set course menus. The atmosphere is a plus, with remarkable views from the terrace. The staff are well trained and knowledgeable, which adds to the overall experience.

WHAT TO ORDER? Each set menu, including beautifully executed amuse bouche, offers a selection of delectable creations. David Hervé oysters topped with a fine layer of toro and pickled diced vegetables is an enticing start. The combination of creamy beurre blanc, Japanese dashi and rice vinegar brings interesting complementary flavours to the dish. You will find organic garden, a beautifully presented seasonal salad composed of fresh radish, tomatoes, and carrots among other crunchy vegetables in daidai vinegar to be very refreshing. Taraba crab with Japanese rice, sea urchin butter and seaweed tuile is another highlight, the rice cooked to a delicious risotto-like delicacy. The signature local organic duck is also highly recommended. The tender, spiced meat is served with smoked eggplant, pickled onion, edamame peas and a miso sauce. A truly fine dining experience wraps up with refreshing mango sorbet.

Drinks A selection of premium sake is available as well as an excellent wine list featuring labels from across the globe (highlighting French varieties).
