WHY GO? Combining influences from an array of international cuisines, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience with a tasting menu that leaves a lasting impression.

WHAT TO ORDER? Start with a selection of amuse bouche, from slices of marian plum sprinkled with red chilli to river prawn with kaffir lime. A highlight is toasted rice bread topped with brown butter emulsion, salted egg and yellow chilli. King mackerel steak is wonderfully presented. It comes with a delicious sauce of soy milk and dill oil and is dressed with a savoury paste made from ant eggs and green chilli. Fresh and pickled cucumber add a tasty contrast. Inspired by the local dish khao kha moo, pork knuckle with winter melon is complemented by an assortment of pickled vegetables. Duck breast with a crispy skin is cooked to perfection. Fresh, dried and pickled strawberry adds yet more flavour and texture to the dish. The meal concludes with a seriously good dessert. On a bed of pumpkin mousse and pineapple gel a home-made ice cream is adorned with thinly sliced pumpkin. The ninecourse menu also includes the signature Thai wagyu, which is highly recommended.
