WHAT TO ORDER? A recently-refreshed menu includes a wonderful signature starter of slow-cooked octopus with potato foam served Sicilian style with black olives, cherry tomatoes and capers. Another bright starter is imported burrata cheese with Italian cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and parma ham. In terms of mains, the signature saffron risotto al salto is another sensational traditional dish. Made using leftover risotto pan-fried with scrumptious seafood and asparagus, it is a Sicilian delight. Steaks here are also highly recommended. There is a choice between grass- and grain-fed beef in various cuts. These are grilled to perfection in a josper charcoal grill and artfully presented at the table. If you still have room after all the savouries try hazelnut and chocolate mousse, which comes on a bed of cornflakes. It is a sweet and comforting ending. Alternatively, try creme brulee, which is slow-cooked with an added touch of fresh vanilla. It also ends the meal on a satisfying note.

Drinks New vintages from around the world were recently added to the already extensive wine list, including hard to find labels from Germany and Austria.
