New and Noted

Hello,

We might be racing towards the end of the year, but let's take the time to enjoy the last few months of 2023 by checking out the latest bars and restaurants that have opened in Singapore. Those who love Japanese food will be glad to know that Zeniya, the offshoot of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Kanazawa, and Suzuki by Kengo Kuma, the sushi-ya designed by the famed Japanese architect, have opened their doors recently to satiate your cravings. But if you prefer flavours of Italy and the Mediterranean, look no further than Capasso, chef Fernando Arevalo’s homage to his Italian roots, or Noa Lounge Singapore, chef Alain Devahive’s latest concept that traverses the flavours of southern Europe.

Other newsletter highlights this week:

  • Beloved Indonesian coffee chain Kenangan Coffee set to open at Raffles City
  • Imagining the future of dining with Johnnie Walker Blue Label’s new culinary concept at Cure
  • New Italian restaurant Capasso is chef Fernando Arévalo’s homage to his Italian heritage
