Malaysian company Common Ground to be listed on New York Nasdaq

Recognising a shift in the traditional office model, Erman Akinci and Juhn Teo founded Common Ground in 2017 that has since become a mainstay in Malaysia’s co-working scene, with 14 office locations in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang and Johor Bahru.

Last year, Common Ground formed a merger with Hive in Hong Kong and Cluster in Australia; the three brands established The Flexi Group, which boasts an impressive portfolio of coworking spaces in 45 locations in 12 cities. The merger set the group on a path to pursue a listing on the Nasdaq this year. Read how the Malaysian founders are preparing for this milestone of their careers here.
