Gaysorn village has introduced an Eat At Gaysorn Dining With A Story campaign for food lovers featuring exclusive signature dishes and premium teas and coffee from 26 leading outlets. The campaign is designed to appeal to gourmands who like to know the rich histories behind the flavours they enjoy. The curated culinary treats encompass Thai, European, Western, Chinese and Japanese dishes plus an array of seafood, all accompanied by fine artisanal wines and some of the finest teas and coffee in the world. 2/14 A Dinner For A Cause

Chiva-Som International Health Resort in Hua Hin is to host its first Wellness Journey fundraising gala dinner to raise money for Krailart Niwate, a preservation and environmental wellness project to protect Hua Hin’s last remaining mangrove forest. The event will take place on December 1 at the internationally famous resort with tickets priced at 10,000 baht per person. It includes an eight-course wellness-inspired dinner with wine pairings or heath drinks. Sinchai Srivipa, Chiva-Som’s executive chef, will collaborate with Michelin-star chef Dan Bark from Upstairs Mikkeller restaurant in Bangkok to present an exclusive culinary journey that features premium nutritious, locally sourced ingredients. Those who are unable to attend the dinner are welcome to make donations towards Krailart Niwate until December 1. Donors giving 3,000 baht or more will receive a limited edition Krailart Niwate scarf.

3/14 The Athenee's French Finesse

The Allium, the restaurant that replaced The Reflexions at The Athenee Hotel, is serving the modern French cuisine of exciting young chef Roxanna Lange. Using a wide variety of ingredients—imported, local and homegrown—Lange has created a tasting menu that includes delicacies such as Jolie Mauger oysters, Oscietra caviar, Thai mud crabs, Iberico lamb rack from the Spanish Pyrenees and Moulard duck liver. A plant-based tasting menu is also available with a choice of six, eight or 11 plates. Furthermore, two-star Michelin chef Stefano Baiocco will also be appearing as a guest chef on November 6 to 10. The Allium is one of the four new restaurants on the hotel’s 3rd floor which include The Silk Road, Kintsugi by Jeff Ramsey and The House of Smooth Curry. The restaurant is open from 6pm to 10:30pm and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
