4 European Revivals

With Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit’s reopening comes the return of two dining favourites: Le Petit Chef at The Living Room and Italian restaurant Rossini’s. The one-of-a-kind dinner experience with a 58mm animated chef returns with a new menu and is available from Wednesday to Saturday from 7pm onwards. Rossini’s too welcomes diners back to its Tuscan villa setting with the release of a new a la carte menu. It is open Tuesday to Saturday from 5:30pm to 10:30pm.

6 Oriental Tales

Spice and Barley, the newest gastro lounge concept, opens at the Anantara Riverside Bangkok. Featuring a pan-Asian menu created by celebrity chef Sam Leong and paired with exclusive beers from Cornelissen, the restaurant combines authentic Asian dining with a unique ambience. Spice evokes the pan-Asian cuisine that will take centre stage while Barley denotes the signature beers to set the tone. The concept of the restaurant is based on a fictional tale of three Sichuan sisters and guests are invited to celebrate their story. King Power Mahanakhon unveils the Thai Taste Hub, a new eatery bringing together street food and fare from Michelin-recommended restaurants to a single location. In order to emphasise the Thai identity, the labels on the bottles feature the iconic images of the Siamese fighting fish taken by famed photographer Visarute Angkatavanich. The private label comprises two red wines, a white and a rose, available in every Anantara hotel in Thailand as well as many locations throughout Asia. Diners at the Spice Market at Anantara Siam Bangkok can sample the collection paired with a five-course traditional Thai meal.
