Luxury furniture retailer Less Is More has recently opened up a new shop in Thonglor 10. Aimed at providing  architects, designers and clients a large enough exhibition space to inspire creativity, the store also curates fine international furniture brands, such as Poltrona Frau, Flou, Fiam, Acerbis and Andreu World. Here's a snippet of each of these highlighted furniture designers as you plan your visit to the new Less Is More on Thonglor.

Leather: Poltrona Fraupoltrona+.jpg

Italian brand Poltrona Frau is praised for its exquisite leather chairs. Poltrona Frau’s leather quality is hard to parallel, involving a 21-step tanning process—nine to 12 more steps beyond industry standards. Catering to such a variety of clientele, from yachts and private jets to essential furniture pieces the brand has gained the trust of global buyers.

Beds & Beddings: Flou

“The Culture of Living” is what underlines every creation from Flou. Comfortable beds are its specialty, although they also produce everything else needed for a  cozy bedroom. Flou believes that the bedding one sleeps in reflects one's personality. For this reason, Flou’s beds and beddings are customisable with a vast array of materials, from fabric to leather, to maximise personalisation.

Glass: Fiamfiam-ghost-poltrona-vetro-cini-boeri+.jpg

Italian glass has long been praised for its quality. This Italian furniture brand takes pride in the quality and design of its glass and mirrors. Products range from chairs to cabinets, almost all of which has parts, if not totally fabricated from glass.

Engineered Design: Acerbisacerbis+.jpg

Acerbis was found in Albino, Bergamo in 1870 by Benvenuto Acerbis, an Italian carpenter. The house values dialogue between technology, artisan skills and a profound knowledge of materials. For Acerbis, technology and beauty have to walk hand in hand in creating interior masterpieces.

Wood: Andreu Worldandreu world+.jpg
