Join Dior's Ballet Masterclasses In The Comfort Of Your Home
Monsieur Dior favoured the hypnotic art of ballet and had notably costumed the Roland Petit ballet ‘Treize Danses’. Following his footsteps, the maison's incumbent creative director, Maria Grazia Chiuri, designed the closet for ‘Nuit Blanche’, an hommage piece for American composer Philip Glass.
As an escape from confinement, Dior has now entered into partnership with Germain Louvet, a principal dancer of the Paris Opera Ballet, Sébastien Bertaud, a Paris Opera Ballet choreographer, and Eleonora Abbagnato, a Paris Opera Ballet principal dancer and director of the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma ballet company. The alliance is offering exclusive ballet masterpieces in three installations, where you can brush up on basics stances and etudes and ultimately develop a greater appreciation for the art of moving bodies.
Start your journey now! The first installation is below, and the rest are here.
