Editor's Picks: Gucci Tulle Gloves, Eco-Fur, Sleep Spray And More
1/4Gucci Tulle Gloves With Strawberry Motif
I know we don't wear gloves much in Thailand, but perhaps we can make an exception for something as cute as this. Made of tulle (and hence somewhat breathable), these darling translucent white gloves with embroidered strawberries by Gucci adds instant intrigue to any plain outfit.
Available at Gucci.com.
This fall-winter season of fashion, Thai label Sretsis sets the tone with a collection that feels subtly risque. Called Bourgeois Remix, I'm reminded on Lolita with all the oversized bows, puffy sleeves, gloves (again, gloves) and lacy white socks. And yet, there is maturity in some of the darker colour schemes and garments like camisole tops, coats and pieces with Eastern influences.
The collection drops in two days on September 5.
3/4PortsPURE's Eco-Fur Coat
Wearing real fur is a thing of the past. Today we celebrate ethical and eco fashion, which doesn't need to lack one bit in terms of style. Canadian fashion label PortsPURE proved the point last week unveiling their fall-winter collection 100% PURE, a line of cruelty-free and sustainably made designs. The head-turner for me was the faux fur purple coat—perfect for a trip to colder countries in the next few months or Bangkok's air-blasted malls and offices.
Find PortsPURE at Central Chidlom and Central Phuket.
4/4Deep Sleep Pillow Spray
Sweet dreams are made of this. If you, for whatever reason, have trouble sleeping at night or desire to fall asleep faster than you do now, it doesn't hurt to try This Works' Deep Sleep Pillow Spray. Spritz this on your pillow every night and let the aromatherapeutic superblend of lavender, vetivert and chamomile take you away to dreamland.
Available at Sephora.
