Thailand's Largest Aquarium Also Has The World's Largest Underwater Restaurant
Located at Phuket's newest lifestyle extravaganza, Central Phuket Floresta, Aquaria Phuket is Thailand's largest aquarium, covering 104,000 square feet and with a total tank volume of 7 million litres. Launched just last month on August 23, the aquarium aims to take visitors on a special aquatic journey that features elements from Thai mythology and culture. Visitors have the opportunity to travel through eight different interactive zones such as Mystic Forest, a land filled with creatures from Thai folklore, and River Giants, River Caves and Coastal Haven.
AR Art Museum
The attraction also brings in the world's first augmented reality art museum, Trick Eye Museum, to present audiences with stunning optical illusions and panoramas.
The World's Largest Underwater Restaurant
Aquaria Phuket is also home to Andasi Restaurant Night & Lounge, the world's largest underwater restaurant and Asia's first marine lounge. Andasi provides guests with a unique under-the-sea lifestyle experience and makes for a magical backdrop for weddings and other memorable occasions.
