A reason for street art fans to head to Hong Kong this December or early 2020
After successful chapters in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Madrid, and Lisbon with over 700,000 visitors attended, the highly anticipated exhibition, Banksy: Genius or Vandal, will be on show in Hong Kong for winter 2019, featuring over 70 original works, installations, photographs and sculptures of the talented British artist.
Visitors can expect an immersive art experience that begins with an audio-visual installation, which specially created to reveal clues about this mystical artist, showcasing his most important and recognised pieces.
One highlight to note from the show is the serigraph of Banksy's Girl with Balloon, similar to the one destroyed by the artist himself at Sotheby’s London auction house.
This exhibition, like all other shows dedicated to Banksy, is not authorised by the artist, who wishes to continue his pursuit in remaining anonymous and independent.
