The first celebrity home this season is rapper French Montana’s estate in Calabasas. The 6,587 sqft residence is listed for US$6,495,000, and has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Built in 2017, the modern home features a clean white facade that’s paired with clear glass and warm wood. Inside, the lofty space features a sleek black kitchen, a deck off the top level, and a backyard with a swimming pool and sauna.

This charming home tucked in Beverly Hills is the former abode of model and media personality Tyra Banks. Even Marvel heroes need help looking for houses. Shang-Chi star Simu Liu enlisted the help of Stause to search for his dream Hollywood abode. This impressive 5,182 sqft listing that Stause introduces him to belongs to a former gamer, and is on the market for US$9.75 million.

Blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor areas, the open-plan living room draws the eye outwards to the pool and surrounding verdant green foliage. The dining area offers easy entrance to small pockets of garden spaces, and the master bathroom also features sliding doors that allow one to experience soaking in the freestanding bathtub whilst breathing in the fresh air. Natural stone walls and wood flooring add tactile appeal, while the ​​open roof terrace is designed as an alternative communal area for guests to gather and lounge.
