We revealed the 50 Thailand honourees on the Gen.T List 2019 at an official unveiling event in Bangkok

Bangkok was the second city to host an unveiling event for the Gen.T List 2019. We're revealing the list in stages, with events across Asia over a number of weeks. After Taipei was Bangkok, where the 50 Thailand honourees on our list of 400 young leaders shaping Asia's future were unveiled at a dinner and afterparty at Rosewood Bangkok.

The dinner was attended by members of the Tatler Tribe, the panel of industry heavyweights we consult to select the list, as well as the 2019 honourees. Tribe members at the dinner included Dr Pakpilai Thavisin, Medical Director of S Clinic; Tawn Chatchavalvong, award-winning fashion designer; and Chumpol Jangprai, chef of the one-Michelin-starred R.Haan restaurant.

After dinner, guests headed upstairs to Rosewood bar Lennon's, where they were joined by honourees from previous Gen.T Lists for the afterparty, to celebrate their achievements in style and witness the official public unveiling of the list.

At the event, we spoke to Dominic Puwasawat Chakrabongse, director of Precious Plastic Bangkok; designer Kamonnart Ongwandee; and Supatchaya Techachoochert, co-founder of Refill Station, to learn what value a platform like Gen.T can create for them and their businesses. Watch the video to see what they had to say.
