The Longest Runway Showcased Goods From 9 Thai Industries
On Wednesday, June 13, the capital witnessed the longest fashion runway of 8.9 kilometres. Starting from Iconsiam's River Park and finishing at Siam Paragon, the ambitious exhibition was a collaboration between Cluster Fashion Group and Lifestyle, the Federation of Thai Industries, the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the private sector, as another endeavour to promote Thai goods on an international level. Over 200 models wore products from nine different industry clusters, including jewellery and accessories, cosmetics, food supplements, garments, handicrafts, textile, shoes, leather products, and health and medical devices. Witness to the event were the likes of Pavarisa Phenjati, Danai Derojanawong, Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Mayuree Chaipromprasit, Mark Thawin and Poowadee Kunpalin.
