Hidden behind a mysterious wall, the sliding door opens up to a stunning room with cinnabar-red accents. Ikura is the common roe used in Japanese cuisine, but sturgeon caviar will give traditional dishes a whole new reinterpretation. Chef Takagi will be using black Ikura as the main ingredient along with the finest seasonal ingredients in his menu. Starting with bite-sized appetisers and followed by soup, the starter continues with the highest quality raw meat, sushi, deep-fried bites and abalone. This climaxes to the grilled Tokyo wagyu and Hokkaido scallops with prestige caviar. Wrapping up the meal is a speciality dessert with Japanese strawberries.

Complete the meal with a sake pairing that has been meticulously handpicked by chef Takagi himself from renowned Japanese sake masters.

Kinu by Takagi caters two rounds of seatings a night—6pm and 9pm—with no more than 10 guests per seating. Enjoy this special promotion between February 18 and 23 for 12,000++ baht per person and the sake pairing for an additional 5,000++ baht.
