The long-established restaurant owns a total of five outlets, each boasting a unique design and concept. A garden theme extends throughout the Dempsey outpost, surrounded by lush greenery. Besides the famous black pepper crab, other specialities at the Dempsey outlet include the deep-fried live red grouper, elevated by Thai-style accompaniments including mango and chilli; delicately steamed live Scottish razor clams with minced garlic and vermicelli; and the deep-fried house speciality prawns.
