The hotel's Sunday brunch is back with a cornucopia of premium dishes

Eat away your tiring week at Up & Above restaurant as the fantastic Okura Prestige Sunday Brunch is finally back. Miss the endless fresh seafood? Delicious sushi and sashimi prepared fresh by the award-winning chef from Yamazato is available for selection. Meanwhile, you can also order plates of Canadian lobster with yuzu buerre blanc, roasted scallop with cauliflower cream, fresh oysters, pan-seared foie gras and many more oceanic delicacies. Up & Above's seafood on ice also returns with options like fresh-caught Alaskan king crab, rock lobster, snow crabs and, of course, many varieties of oysters.

In addition to the cold food, the grill at Up & Above is prepared to serve everything from fleshy tiger prawns and Thai oysters to sweet clams served with spicy seafood dip.

The carnivore's favourite Butcher's Corner presents hearty dishes like salt-crusted salmon, herb-crusted lamb ribs, braised Australian Rosedale beef cheeks and roasted prime rib. Each platter can come with a side of healthy greens such as organic vegetables, potato mille-feuille and baby potato braised with aromatic herbs. Thai favourites such as the wok-fried crab in yellow curry and Japanese staples such as takoyaki, soba and tempura are also waiting to be enjoyed.

More international delights include the burrata, organic heirloom tomatoes with fresh basil, olive oil and Maldon salt, tuna tataki, hamachi ceviche and more. Charcuterie and cheese lovers are also in for a treat at the Okura's Sunday Brunch with delicacies like the 42 months aged Iberico Bellota ham, homemade terrine, chicken liver parfait with port wine braised shallots, Japanese infused pickles and chutneys.

End your feast with indulgent desserts like the warm chocolate lava cake on spiced sable and homemade ice cream served in a crispy wafer basket.

The Sunday brunch is available on Sundays from noon until 3pm. Pay 2,800++ baht to enjoy the cornucopia, or 3,500++ baht to include bottomless drinks of selected wines, prosecco, beers and cocktails.

As the venue is a favourite place amongst brunch-loving Bangkokians for the finest selections of local and international dishes, the Okura Prestige Bangkok is taking extra special caution to minimise contacts and contamination.
