Clara may be new to Bangkok's dining scene, but they are far from amateurs. Chef Christian Materna and maître d' Clara Del Corso Materna from Sensi have put their hearts into this chic Italian culinary venture based in the Sathorn district. The premises is tucked away in a peaceful Bauhaus-style villa that previously served as an exhibition hall. The venue has now been transformed into a beautiful space decorated with elegant paintings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a magnificent, lush garden.
Chef Martena will ravish your palate with a degustation menu of seven or nine chapters that blends his native cuisine with creative and modern techniques using high-quality local produce amd premium European imports. The third option of three moments a la carte is also available for special recurrent guests.
Among Clara's most outstanding dishes, find the flavourful Italian aperitivo with Gambero Rosso, Caviar beignet, parmesan cheese and tapioca—a unique interpretation of the Italian Caprese salad made of burrata sauce, tomato sorbet, oregano and anchovy. Other must-orders include the home-made Tagliatelle served with fresh black truffle and parmesan cheese, as well as tender and juicy pieces of Wagyu beef, daikon and balsamic red wine.
Don't forget to save some room for dessert, too, as their tiramisu certainly lives up to the hype.

The seven-course degustation menu is priced 2,680++ baht, while the nine-course is 3,080++ baht.
