Chef Jutamas “Som” Theantae of Karmakamet Conveyance and Chinese cuisine expert David Yip both have extensive experience travelling across Asia and their menu will reflect their passion and love for their travels. “For the Love of Asia” will boast a 10-course tasting menu that includes fried rice crackers, tempoyak prawn and chu chee curry, a Peranakan-rooted fried noodle dish and Kaya Tart, a favourite Cantonese-Portuguese egg treat, just to mention some of the dishes.
