French chef William Girard will be flying in from Hong Kong to serve diners at D'Sens a modern take on French cuisine. Girard is famous for his unique cooking style, mixing no more than three flavours per dish as he believes good cooking is simple and the ingredients should be the focus. He has worked at single-starred Le Bristol restaurant, two-starred L’Elysée at the Hotel Vernet, and three-starred La Taillevent in Paris. Now, he is coming to Dusit Thani Bangkok's D'Sens to delight diners with his own version of French cuisine.
