Yuan restaurant at Millennium Hilton Bangkok is conjuring up delicacies to welcome the Chinese New Year, such as deep-fried stuffed abalone, asparagus prawn and lamb with black pepper. A specialty available only on January 23 is ‘Yu Sheng’, or fish and lobster salad which is traditionally reserved only for the New Year day. On the same day, diners will also catch a glimpse of the Lion Dance as it comes parading through the hotel.
