LAUGHS ON FILM Organised by the Federation of National Film Associations of Thailand and Tourism Authority of Thailand, Bangkok hosts the World Comedy Film Festival 2009. Under the theme, Laughter’s Beyond Frontiers, 60 comedy films from all over the world will be screened during the six-day festival.
