Kolour In The Park 2017
Mark your calendar for a musically up-lifting weekend at Bangkok’s biggest outdoor music festival, Kolour In The Park. This year the festival returns on March 18-19 at Thai Wake Park, Pathumthani with an even more spectacular line-up featuring top artists in techno, house electronic and disco such as Tube&Berger, Wankelmut, Animal Trainer, Ava Asante, Oliver Osborne among numerous others.

The Sound of Jazz with Veronica Nunn
Looking to add a bit of jazz in your life or a relaxing place to unwind after a long day? Search no further. Head to The Living Room, one of Bangkok’s finest jazz venues located at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. Until April 1, American artist Veronica Nunn will endear the crowd with her unique vocal abilities and power-packed performances. Accompanied by the Randy Cannon Group along with Thailand’s very own leading bass player, Therdsak Wongvichien, Nunn will perform on Tuesday-Thursdays from 9:15 onwards and Friday and Saturday at 8:45.

VAL 1967 – 2016
Bangkok is not short of expats and among the many artistically gifted of them was Valerie Goutard. Born in France in 1967, Goutard spent much of her life in South America, Africa and Europe until in 2004, when she created her workshop in Bangkok.
Recognised internationally for her work, which have been showcased widely across Asia, Goutard was honoured with the 2015 Trophée des Français de l’Etranger, the Trophy of French Expatriates in the Art of Living category, in recognition of her work and her singular life abroad. In October 2016, Goutard tragically passed away in a road accident, leaving a legacy of her artistic works behind.
In commemoration of the gifted artist that she was and in celebration of her life, the exhibition entitled Val 1967 – 2016 will be showcased at S Gallery, Sofitel Sukhumvit Bangkok. Admire an array of her sculptures from March 21 till May 21.The gallery is opened daily between 10am-10pm.
